  • Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

    *During high demand or large order volumes, shipping may take slightly longer than usual.

  • Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations. If you made a mistake, contact us immediately — if your order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to assist.

  • Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds unless an item arrives damaged. If you received a defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and our team will assist you.

  • If your item arrives damaged, please email us photos of the product and packaging within 48 hours. If shipping insurance was purchased, we will help you begin the claim process.

  • Address changes can only be made before your order has been processed. Once your package has been shipped, we cannot modify the destination.

  • We accept all major credit cards, apple pay, google pay, and secure checkout providers available at checkout.
